- Minimum 3-5 years experience in IES VE undertaking energy analyses
- Experience with GLA planning requirements
- Qualified LCEA assessor
- Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54)
- Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments
- Working knowledge of associated BREEAM analyses / reporting
- Experienced in IES ApacheHVAC
