    We are excited to be recruiting for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator who will be based in the London office.

    Key Responsibilities

    Karla Otto London is looking for a highly motivated personality who is a team player with the ability to lead and inspire others. The role of an Influencer Marketing Coordinator is key to the implementation, management and growth of Karla Otto's digital marketing services. The Coordinator will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of Talent & Influencer Marketing. From assisting in planning creative influencer partnerships for digital platforms, to maintaining relationships with key talent, the successful candidate will be a strong storyteller who loves articulating and selling in engaging concepts that meet brand strategies and briefs. Great knowledge of the industry's best practices (brands, editorial, KOL, and influencers) and social media platforms is essential.

    Amongst others, the key responsibilities of this role include:

    • Conduct research based on qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify potential talents and influencers who align with the client's target audience and objectives.
    • Coordinate between the digital team and talents/agents. Establish and maintain relationships with talents and influencers: negotiate fees and agreements; communicate briefs project expectations and guidelines; and communicate with external internal stakeholders about status and campaign performance
    • Review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the brand's guidelines.
    • Monitor campaign performance and be comfortable using and or learning influencer marketing tools. This includes analysing key metrics and providing regular reports to senior members from the team and clients if needed, highlighting learnings and successes.
    • Expertise in social media management and assist in managing the brand's social media presence and partnerships on social platforms if needed. Knowledge in creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers and influencers, and monitoring social media trends and conversations related to the brand or industry.
    • Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, social media platforms and industry best practices. Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for talent and influencer collaborations and innovative campaign strategies.
    • Handle and oversee administrative tasks related to our projects, such as maintaining talent and influencer databases, managing invoicing and payments to talents and influencers.
    • Collaborate with various departments and teams within Karla Otto, such as PR, marketing, strategy, implementation, creative, legal and finance.

    Key Attributes

    • 2-3+ years experience in a junior (assistant or coordinator) position in the fields of social media/digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury worlds
    • Proficiency with a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques
    • Strong project management / good organisational skills, ability to work quickly and efficiently
    • Experience in using influencer marketing tools is ideal
    • Creative and independent thinker, with a strong knowledge and interest of the fashion, beauty and cultural landscape
    • Understanding of social media and its relevant platforms and the nuances between each one.
    • Understanding of how owned, earned and paid media can work together, either in a specialised team or agency
    • Knowledge of global cultural events in fashion, music, art, design, etc
    • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
    • Be able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines
    • Proven experience understanding and interpreting data
    • Experience in successful budget management
    • Fluent in written and spoken English language
