Orka Financial is currently working with a global, successful, US, multi million turnover growing business based in Bracknell that is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team with responsibility for accounts production and reporting across theEMEA region.

This role manages a team, and the role will support with the team's development and training.
Duties include,

Management of a team

Full ownership of the monthly account's preparation including reporting through to the US accurately and on time each month
Liaising with local teams ahead of monthly account finalisation to ensure accuracy in reporting prior to close
Providing support with the EMEA annual budget process & monthly projections
Working closely with the commercial team, ensuring performance of accounts are accurately reflected into the gross profit and at a product level the costs are correctly allocated to the appropriate product line
Ensuring full reconciliation of all balance sheet items are completed as part of the month end process
Definition and implementation of controls around invoicing and payments
Managing and assisting with monthly/quarterly VAT returns and reconciliations
Ensuring accurate submission of EC Sales
Supporting with annual Statutory Accounts
Co-ordinating the annual audit for the EMEA Group
Responsible for improving process and financial controls
