What is required:
Working with stakeholders to draw out high level requirements.

Identifying, defining and selecting standards and interfaces to enable an open systems approach across the full scope of the enterprise.
Defining system level requirements.
Defining and delivering (through partners and suppliers) technical derisking activities to support the above.
Managing the above with an enterprise architecture

Must Have*Experience with TOGAF/ARCHIMATE
Experience with Ministry of Defense Systems
