Our client, a reputable special school, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their team starting in September 2023.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to students with a variety of needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Global Learning Difficulties (GLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Hearing Impairments, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) conditions.

This full-time position is offered through M2 Education, a leading teaching supply agency.


The requirements for this role are:

  • GCSE English & Maths
  • Preferably qualified to an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children
  • Understanding of classroom procedures and policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
