Phoenix Care Centre are currently looking for an experienced Senior care assistant on a full time basis. We are looking for someone with an NVQ 2 in health and social care who is willing to work towards their NVQ 3 in health and social care if not already achieved this qualification


Key responsibility's:

  • To take charge of the home in the absence of the Management team.
  • To train up new members of staff to a high standard of care.
  • Take control of the Rota if any changes or cover is needed.
  • Read and write reports on CMS (Electronic System)
  • Administer medication and to ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Take part in staff meetings and also in training activities as directed.
- carry out other reasonable duties as may be required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£12.05 per hour
