- Lead pitches and proposals and manage key relationships with existing accounts
- Help to define and deliver the clients' customer experience, retention and growth strategies
- Define growth KPIs and measure the commercial impact of strategic programmes
- Support the Client Partner to achieve significant commercial value from data for clients
- Clear "big" data analytics experience and will be technology savvy
- Strong experience of working with large scale customer data in one or more of the key B2C sectors they operate in: ideally retail, retail banking, travel or health
- Strong academic profile including a good degree
