    As our ESG Reporting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding SJP's integrity and compliance and will lead the charge in implementing our Responsible Business/ESG/sustainability reporting obligations.

    What you'll be doing:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: You'll be the SME on all things ESG, Responsible Business, and Sustainability reporting. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll ensure we stay ahead of the curve in meeting our evolving obligations.
  • Oversight & Coordination: Managing stakeholders and timelines like a pro, you'll orchestrate the seamless execution of all reporting activities. From data matrices to third-party suppliers, you'll ensure execution and delivery.
  • Reporting : Creating key reports such as the Gender Pay Gap, will be your forte. With a keen eye for detail, you'll weave narratives that captivate while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
  • Data Management: Keeping our data house in order, you'll manage crucial matrices and systems with precision. Your role in audit and assurance processes will be indispensable, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Your influence will extend far and wide, especially in collaborating closely with data teams and encouraging positive relationships across Responsible Investing realms.
  • Analytical Insight: From manual manipulation to harnessing the power of third-party tools, you'll delve into data analysis to drive informed decisions.
  • Who we're looking for:

  • Deep understanding of reporting frameworks and sustainability terminology.
  • Strong numeracy or actuarial ability
  • Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with data systems like PowerBI and sophisticated Excel skills.
  • Copywriting experience and financial services industry insights.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience in Carbon Accounting is desirable
