    Due to growth and further success, we're delighted to represent this established and growing firm with their new opportunity for a part time Payroll & CIS Manager.

    As the Payroll & CIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for a diverse client portfolio.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for managing non complicated Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) operationsKey responsibilities for the Payroll & CIS Manager Take full ownership of payroll and CIS operations ensuring efficiencies and excellenceUtilise payroll software to maintain accurate records and process payrolls with accuracyApply expert knowledge of legislation to ensure complianceProvide solutions to complex payroll queriesLead the charge in preparing and submitting statutory payroll returnsForge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, and other departments, aligning processes with business objectivesStay updated on changes in legislation and best practices, implementing updates seamlesslyExperience, skills and attributes required for the Payroll & CIS Manager Previous payroll management experience within accountancy or a similar environmentDeep understanding of legislation and regulations, coupled with strong leadership skillsProficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills are desirableA team player with exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and empower team membersExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlinesAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyWhat's in it for you?Joining an established fast growing firm, who truly value their employers, the culture is open plan, friendly and supportive.
