    Experience and Innovation Manager

    In Workplace Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) our unique contribution will accelerate GSK's success by transforming the employee experience, inspiring everyone to be their best wherever they work.

    WREF is the global team that is responsible for the full lifecycle of planning, execution and operations of GSK's real estate portfolio.

    This includes defining the organisation's real estate and workplace experience strategy across our network; as well as leveraging our network of vendor partners to ensure delivery facility management and capital project services to GSK's global office portfolio.

    Plan, coordinate, and execute studies and pilot programs across different areas of workplace experience, such as space design, wellness, technology, communication, and social events.

    Analyse data and feedback from employees, managers, and external partners to measure the impact and effectiveness of the workplace experience initiatives.

    Report on the progress, results, and learnings of the projects and provide recommendations for improvement and scaling.

    Research and benchmark best practices and trends in workplace experience and innovation and share insights and ideas with the team and the leadership.

    Manage the budget and resources for the workplace experience projects and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.

    Strong experience in project management, innovation, or workplace experience.
    Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
    Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, design, or a related field.
