We are also very keen that colleagues are offered the chance to learn and develop in this business, in this role you are able to work towards a bespoke apprenticeship scheme that has been created for BSS

What we are looking for:

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based sales role with great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.

You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with good numerical and computer skills.
