    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Clearance and Collateral Management business. This role is in London, United Kingdom - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • This role resides in the Client Asset Safety and Product Governance function of the Clearance and Collateral Management business.
  • You would be a subject matter expert on the client asset safety regulations & risk framework for the business: developing products/processes in compliance with the regulations, strategically managing & developing the risk framework around client asset safety.
  • Additionally, you would be developing the product governance framework, assessing business change impacts to the operating model, and setting business change governance standards.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience in compliance, risk or operational governance is required, with demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills including providing technical advice.
  • Experience in collateral management, custody and data analytics is preferred.
  • Organized, reliable, mature team player who takes initiative with a strong capacity to work autonomously, responsibility towards client outcomes, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and the team.
  • Contributes to an inclusive working culture.
  • No direct reports: may occasionally supervise small teams and projects.
