£85,000 - £95,000 + Car / Travel Allowance

Role:

Regen Solutions are working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search to find a new Operations Manager. This role be leading a number of design & build, decarbonisation and retrofit contracts across the Southeast.

As an Operations Manager you will be managing a team of 3-4 Contract Managers who will each be running 2 contracts / projects with full site teams reporting to them. Operational and commercial responsibility for around £30m worth of work.

Looking for people with good communicators with sound technical knowledge around Building Safety /Design & Build with the ability to programme. Due to their significant pipeline, security is a big selling point, as is opportunity to progress career.

This role will be part of their ever growing Senior Management team and has a clear progression path to directorship.

Experience:

Experience in completing construction phase plans
Client contract delivery, in, customer relationships and management of relevant teams
P&L, cash flow and costs
Creating a work safe culture
Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time
Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
Must have good IT skills and be able to use word and outlook
Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
A flexible, "can do" attitude and want to work as part of a team
Able to produce and deliver progress reports
Must be able to manage the H&S, quality and programme performance on their projects via their management team
