    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Paid Advertising Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and project management skills to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our paid advertising strategies across various social media platforms and Google Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful ad campaigns, managing budgets efficiently, and leading projects to successful completion.

    Responsibilities:

    Your primary focus involves devising comprehensive digital activation strategies, covering audience targeting, user journey optimisation and setting expectations for engagement rates. You will do this by:

    • Collaborating with clients and internal project teams to assess briefs, strategically evaluate suitable channels, targeting the right audience, and consistently delivering impactful results.
    • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimise campaign performance.
    • Manage ad budgets and allocate spending efficiently to maximise ROI.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad content and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, paid advertising, and Google Ads to continually refine strategies.
    • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope, and coordinate with various team members and departments to achieve project goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategies, ad creatives, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Manage and optimise landing pages for ad campaigns to improve conversion rates.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads, preferably in an agency environment.
    • Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving positive ROI from paid ad campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading projects from conception to completion.
    • Proficiency in using analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
    • Creative mindset with an eye for design and compelling ad copywriting.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
