    Camino Search have partnered with a very exciting Private Equity backed Software business who are looking for PMO Analyst to join their finance transformation team.

    You will play a pivotal role in supporting the project management operations and will be responsible for administering the JIRA platform, ensuring its optimal functionality to support project tracking, reporting, and collaboration. Additionally, you will manage the MSP relationships, ensuring seamless integration and performance in project delivery. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer and maintain the JIRA platform, including user management, org charts, workflows, custom fields, and plugins.
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and configure JIRA accordingly.
    • Create and manage project boards, dashboards, and filters to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
    • Provide training and support to users on JIRA functionality and best practices.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to JIRA configuration, processes, and procedures.
    • Manage relationships with MSPs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and efficient project delivery.
    • Coordinate with MSPs to allocate resources, track project progress, and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of MSP performance to drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience working as a PMO Analyst or in a similar project management role.
    • Proficiency in administering JIRA, including configuring workflows, customizing fields, and managing permissions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Experience in managing MSP relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with other project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
