    Ready to elevate your career in FMCG and dive into the dynamic world of Shopper Marketing? We're searching for a proactive and driven Customer Lead Campaign Executive to join our team, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth.

    With a keen focus on key customers and channels, you'll lead shopper activation initiatives while taking ownership of project responsibilities within the shopper team.

    Armed with a comprehensive understanding of Ferrero brands' strategies and market dynamics, you'll leverage your creativity and commercial expertise to craft compelling activation plans, driving brand engagement, expanding consumer reach, and maximising category value.

    From conceptualisation to execution, you'll orchestrate a symphony of visual delight, collaborating closely with creative teams to design compelling displays that effectively communicate brand messages and promotions.

    In this role, you'll provide engaging and eye-catching POS materials to the Sales team for use in stores and conduct face-to-face briefings for key activities, igniting their passion, ensuring alignment with our brand vision, and driving success in sales.

    You will manage key in-store visibility projects, from defining scope based on strategy, to guiding implementation and transforming retail spaces into captivating showcases of our brand's essence.

    You will build invaluable relationships with retailer and media agencies and be instrumental in shaping media plans that align with the Ferrero activity calendar and cater to the diverse needs of local customers and channels.

    By leveraging your expertise and understanding of market dynamics, you'll ensure that our brand activities resonate profoundly and effectively within each unique market segment.

    Demonstrated background in commercial or marketing roles within the FMCG industry, showcasing an understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and brand strategy.

    Possession of a relevant degree in a field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas, providing a strong theoretical foundation to support practical application in the role.

    Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data, sales metrics, and consumer insights, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to maximise business performance.
