Based in Leeds City Centre (LS1)we work with company's right across Europe to search for the best available talent for their businesses.


Due growth within our business and market we are now looking for a diligent, commercially aware Business Developer that can work with our existing team to identify opportunities in new and existing clients across the UK, Europe and USA.

This is a unique opportunity where you will have direct access to key decision makers, and contacts that have been built over our 16 years in business, we are a profit making, cash rich business that is looking for likeminded individuals to continue oursuccess and outstanding reputation within the industry


Day-to-day of the role:


  • Working closely with the team to identify gaps in our current and prospective clients
  • Attend industry conferences and events, some of which we are the official recruitment partner for
  • Use social media, latest news, and other tools for competitor awareness and networking activities
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee existing projects to identify opportunities in real time, making sales projections and forecasting revenue for large accounts
  • Pitching retained search assignments and understanding more about the benefits this has to organisations and their recruitment process
  • Presenting to clients both face to face and virtually about how our recruitment service can benefit them, and understand our recruitment methodology and process from start to finish

The requirements:


  • You will have previous experience developing new business and building key accounts in either a recruitment environment, or B2B in one of the following industries: Software / IT, NHS / Supply Chain, Technology, Automotive (specifically car fleet sales/management), Scientific / Life Sciences, Facilities Management or closely related
  • Must hold a full and clean driving licence and have access to a car
  • Willingness to travel into the field to meet clients, attending industry conferences but also to our offices in Leeds City Centre (LS1) when required
  • Must have the ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and be a confident presenter
