What is The Kitchen?
The Kitchen is a KraftHeniz INTL in-house agency, powered by Hogarth. The aim of our social first creative and content agency is to 'bring creativity at the speed to culture'.

Our team does this by aiming to build the most talked about food brand on social, create relevant, innovative & reactive advertising by using craft, best practise AND best in class digital content.

We already produce 20K assets per year through 8 in-market branches, and are looking to evolve the efficiency and effectiveness of our activities.


What does the Operations Lead do?
The Kitchen INTL Operations lead (OEL) will have a very close connection to the Creative Excellence Lead. They will work together to harmonise The Kitchen INTL network, creatively and operationally.

Their energy and enthusiasm for celebrating great creative work combined with logical and supportive operational ways of working will add value at a local and zonal level using relationships, technology and best practice process.


OEL ensures operations and processes run smoothly and all work is being delivered on time and in line with KHC INTL playbooks and brand guidelines.

Recommends tools and roles to facilitate faster and higher quality production. Likely an experienced producer and project manager, responsible for optimising the productivity of local creative teams.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting
Support all required reporting for Kitchen leads in-market and IHQ;

  • Define key reports_
  • Ensure we are tracking the value add of The Kitchen_
Asset ROI reporting, demonstrating where efficiencies are made through shared ways of working and asset reuse


Community
Build communities within the Kitchen network to share and measure the adoption of best practice - template creative production workflows from advanced kitchens to share and inspire less developed ones

Support the CEL in 'upping' the internal and external visibility of The Kitchen brand.


Best Practice & ways of working

The OEL will restlessly look for new, more efficient ways of working as they look holistically across the Kitchen iNTL campaign calendar to see where asset, trend and creative ideation can be shared and amplified across The Kitchen network.

Assessing, interrogating existing ways of working for production operations, clarifying local market needs and proposing the appropriate solutions for streamlined operations

Use the operational relationships to provide organisational learning through adoption of best practice.

Know what assets are stored where and how at a practical level we can ensure they are visible and available for re-use.

Setting up systems and processes so that the Kitchen INTL functions per market as well as at INTL scale, with multi-local agency ecosystem being aware of how Kitchen INTL operates


The Kitchen Operations Excellence Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that we maximise the KraftHeinz investment in their workflow platform by driving consistent ways of working in the system and working closely with the Hogarth senior leadership team to monitor the teams adoption and performance in the system.


  • Runs monthly workflow governance sessions to ensure:
  • Existing process is followed
  • Recaps prior training
  • Explains any releases and associated release notes to ensure they are understood
  • Highlights any team data compliance issues to the Hogarth senior leadership team
  • Works closely with the IHQ Kitchen INTL Team to identify and ensure best practice is followed across the inmarket teams
  • Analyses the production and leadtime data to identify gaps or inconsistences that may lead to reporting issues (As/if required)
  • Identifies tools to drive down time taken to deliver briefs and recommends new processes or WoWs within inmarket agency teams

  • Sets up systems and processes so that the Kitchen INTL functions per market as well as at INTL scale, with multilocal agency ecosystem being aware of how Kitchen INTL operates

Requirements:


  • Integrated channel experience within onsite creative studios with a global production environment with experience of working in a creative agency
  • An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless creative execution
