Description

We are looking for an ambitious individual to sell building products to clients through onboarding new accounts, managing existing accounts & sales and developing leads.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Building a database of potential customers
- adding in to Prospect.

  • Building customer files per area
  • Contacting leads to identify potential opportunities, logging contact.
  • Sending out marketing literature to follow up on leads
  • Assist in the set up and maintenance of recording contacts (cold leads) on the CRM system or a an alternative database.
  • Review lapsed or dormant customers on the database, working with marketing to reengage them.
  • Support with managing GDPR obligation, by developing a database to log consent from customer.
  • Support with recording of customer contact via sales representatives i.e. ensuring all conversations are updated on the CRM (avoiding double contact)
  • Liaising with Sales Representatives to pass them customer details
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Contributing to the delivery of sales targets


As you progress you will develop product knowledge to ultimately create a sales pipeline and manage accounts as well as deal with customer service issues and liaising with accounts for payments.

Job Types:

Salary:
£6.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
