We have an on-site operating model with 20 site managers and circa 250 colleagues based around the UK and Ireland.

We are looking to recruit to our growing team, to support the accurate and timely reporting of financial information across our business.

As Management Accountant you and your small team will be responsible for providing a professional and comprehensivemanagement accounting service to the operational management teams across our Derwent FM sites/offices.

Your team will produce a monthly reporting pack including both financial and non-financial performance information and narrative.

You will ensure the production of quality, timely Budgets, Management Accounts, Projections and Financial plans for their businessareas, which ensure operational activities are effectively controlled and overseen.

You will help to build a business fit for the future, looking for continuous improvement and marginal gains. Be that helping with pricing or, looking at new ways to create efficiencies.

If successful in this role, you have the opportunity to really put yourown stamp on it, starting with some quick wins initially.

Moreabout you

We are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant, someone who ensures that the reports presented to operational managers are accurate, timely and above all add value and aid decision making.

You will haveat least two years relevant experienceworking in a management accounts role and be able to evidence where you have put strong controls in place to provide assurance to your stakeholders that the reporting is accurate and reliable.

You will be CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong financial/modellingskills.

You will have experience managing stakeholders at all levels, as well as the ability to challenge, coach and assist the teams to understand profitability for their area.

You will have strong IT skills and be a proficient user of Excel.
