One of our high-growth Fintech clients are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Change Management to drive transformative initiatives and propel the organisation to new heights. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced change leader to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing Fintech environment.

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the change management strategy for the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's operations, processes and systems align with their ambitious growth plans. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments to implement best practices and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor a team of change professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the change process
• Partner with senior leadership to drive change initiatives, ensuring buy-in and alignment at all levels of the organisation
• Identify areas for operational improvement and drive efficiency through process optimisation

Requirements include:

• Proven experience as a Change Management leader within the Fintech or Financial Services industry
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives from conception to implementation

The office is based in Central London and will be required to come onsite 2 days a week. This is an initial 12 month contract with a day rate (outside IR35) depending on the candidate's experience.
