The role will cover all aspects of work within the Corporate team, including corporate finance, M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and employee share schemes.
The successful candidate for this role will be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE with demonstrable recent development work experience.
Proactive in terms of managing your workload and continual development of your own legal skills.Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work and build relationships with both clients and the wider professional community.
Being able to manage projects, lead teams and supervise the work of junior colleagues.An existing professional network would be beneficial but is not necessary. Permanent
