We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Housing Support Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team at Lovat Fields Retirement Village in Willen Park, Milton Keynes to deliver housing support to our residents.

This is a permanent contract offering 20 hours per week on a rota basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £10.

71 per hour (FTE £20,941 per annum)
plus an excellent benefits package which includes;

What will you do as our Housing Support Assistant
?

Provide a housing service to older people, enabling them to be healthy, stay safe and enjoy an active lifestyle
Complete annual basic needs assessments for all residents
Assist residents to resolve or prevent housing debts
Monitor the performance of any additional 3rd party social care and personal care services
Organise surgeries to give residents the opportunitiy to discuss housing issues
Provide access to and escort other professionals, staying with the resident if required
Achieve any QCF or CPD targets if trained to be an Assessor

Our ideal Housing Support Assistant
will have**:

Experience of ensuring contractual compliance (essential)
Previous housing experience (desirable)
Great customer service skills
The ability to be empathetic and keep accurate records
Ability to work on your own initiative
High levels of motivation, flexibility and communication
