    LNJ Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Account Handler on behalf of our esteemed client in the insurance sector.

    As a Corporate Account Handler with our client, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    Understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
    Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with underwriters on behalf of clients.
    Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal terms to clients.
    Process insurance policies, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
    Assist clients with claims management, liaising with insurers and loss adjusters as necessary.
    Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and developments in insurance products and services.
    Collaborate with colleagues in the account management team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
    Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.


    Key Skills and Experience:

    Essential:
    Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably in corporate insurance.
    Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


    Desirable:
    Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII).
    Experience working with insurance brokerage software (e.g., Acturis).
    Knowledge of commercial insurance markets and regulatory requirements.
