    Description

    The vacancy

    Role Purpose

  • Provide day to day administration support and assistance to Group Risk clients
  • Managing the quotation process for Market Reviews and New Business
  • Liaising with the Consultants
  • Always adhering to Broadstone compliance processes.
  • Key Accountabilities

  • Preparing business reports for Group Risk products, including renewal and new business
  • Supporting key clients by effectively managing administration of existing schemes including flexible benefits
  • Sending out renewal invitations and request client data
  • Preparing and comparing client data
  • Effectively managing administration of renewal process
  • Managing quotation process for market reviews and new business prospects
  • Place schemes on risk and ensuring smooth inception
  • Ensuring accuracy of client invoices/accounts/policy documents prior to dispatch
  • Liaising with insurers to resolve claims & membership issues
  • Identify and manage medical underwriting requirements
  • Keeping Consultant Team informed on ongoing queries /claims issues
  • Using own initiative to assist Consultant Team in pro-active manner
  • Providing ongoing feedback to facilitate quality process improvements
  • Answering incoming telephone calls/emails and responding to client enquiries
  • Ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of role
  • Maintaining good working knowledge of Group Risk market & products
  • Attend insurer and client meetings as required
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior colleagues
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements at all times
  • Working in accordance with GDPR/Data Protection and adhering to TCF at all times
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required
  • Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications

  • Experience of working with Group Risk products - Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness, Death in Service Pension, Flex and Business Protection, including technical and complex schemes
  • Ability to work to consistently high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
