A very well established and growing property management business are looking for a motivated Senior Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team.

What you will be doing
- Knowledge and ownership of accounts system and processes
- Accounting responsibility for key commercial and residential portfolio clients
- Update and maintain accounts database
- Maintenance of accounting files and electronic records
- Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
- Managing and mentoring an Accounts Administrator
- Producing monthly and quarterly statements
- Arrears reporting
- HMRC returns and reporting
What you will have
- Experienced Accounts Administrator
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge and experience of CFP, Sage or similar (this is desirable, not essential)
- Experience of managing or mentoring (desirable, not essential)
- Able to prioritise and adapt workload
