Seeking an experience
Insurance Account handler with a proven UK insurance Broking background


Our client, a reputable traditional broker, part of a leading independent intermediary group have doubled in size over the last 5 years and are continuing to grow.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Directors/Accounts Executive in servicing new and existing clients
-
Account Handler to your own book of business and manage the renewal process from start to finish whilst looking for new opportunities by upselling/ cross selling.

  • Prepare and deliver insurer risk presentations and negotiate with providers/underwriters, to secure the most appropriate cover for clients.
  • Helping in Servicing and developing client relationships.

Skills and Experience
-
2 years+ comprehensive understanding of general commercial insurance gained within a
Commercial Insurance Account Handling role

  • Knowledge of a broad range of
    commercial insurance not limited to Property and Liability
  • Dealing with clients on a daily basis, servicing and developing and maintaining these relationships.
  • Experience of
    Acturis system desired but not essential

Cert CII or significant progression a distinct advantage
