Seeking an experienceInsurance Account handler with a proven UK insurance Broking background
Our client, a reputable traditional broker, part of a leading independent intermediary group have doubled in size over the last 5 years and are continuing to grow.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Directors/Accounts Executive in servicing new and existing clients
Account Handler to your own book of business and manage the renewal process from start to finish whilst looking for new opportunities by upselling/ cross selling.
- Prepare and deliver insurer risk presentations and negotiate with providers/underwriters, to secure the most appropriate cover for clients.
- Helping in Servicing and developing client relationships.
Skills and Experience
-
2 years+ comprehensive understanding of general commercial insurance gained within a
Commercial Insurance Account Handling role
- Knowledge of a broad range of
commercial insurance not limited to Property and Liability - Dealing with clients on a daily basis, servicing and developing and maintaining these relationships.
- Experience of
Acturis system desired but not essential
Cert CII or significant progression a distinct advantage
