About the Role:

The Colte Partnership are looking for a finance administrator to support the executive teams finance duties, based in our head office in Feering, on a part time basis for 15 hours per week, with days & times to be discussed at interview.

Your daily tasks might include:

Invoicing of customers, both internal and external.
Bank reconciliations using QuickBooks.
Keeping records of funding stream spend.
Keeping organised with all filing.
Payroll and pension administration.
Liaising with branch colleagues and patients as required.

You will have the following:

Methodical, accurate with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Be selfmotivated with the ability to work under pressure.
