    We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of National Account Manager, focusing on Aldi account.

    This role offers the chance to assume full P&L responsibility for a major retailer and presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement in a dynamic environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Account ManagementFoster and maintain strong partnerships with key national Aldi account.
    Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
    Utilize sales performance data to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
    Strategic PlanningDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
    Identify avenues for growth within existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.
    Stay informed about market trends, competitor actions, and consumer behavior.
    Negotiation and Contract ManagementLead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with key accounts.
    Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and promotional initiatives.
    Forecasting and ReportingGenerate accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on performance against targets.
    Analyze market dynamics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
    Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align with overarching business objectives.
    Provide training and support to the sales team as needed.


    Ideal Candidate:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proven track record as a National Account Executive or Manager in the FMCG industry.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
    Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
    Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
    Familiarity with market trends and competitor landscapes.
