    Our Electrophysiology business is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for revenues and managing the team in North London/Oxfordshire/Cambridgeshire.


    As a Regional Sales Manager you will:

    Provide first line management to the subordinate staff allocated and be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports.

    Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio.

    Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation.

    Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop an deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings.


    What you'll need:
    A Degree in life science or equivalent.
    Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales leadership role.
    Leadership qualities.
    Strong communication skills.
    Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good negotiation skills.
    Ethical character.
