An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Paid Social Executive to join an established company. This position is based in Sale. I am seeking a hard-working, creative and online-savvy individual to help drive our client's digital marketing initiatives.


This hands-on role requires a keen eye for design, creativity and attention to detail with the responsibility of creating high-quality strategies to articulate often complex messages.


This Senior Paid Social Executive role is ideal for someone with strong design and digital experience who would like to progress in their digital marketing career.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and implement paid social strategies.
  • Build and maintain "always on" paid media campaigns across relevant social channels that drive lead generation and exceed ROI goals.
  • Plan and execute long term A/B testing of targeting, creative and messaging to drive ultimate conversion.
  • Generate weekly and monthly dashboard reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid social initiatives.
  • Keep pace with paid social industry trends and developments and share insights with key stakeholders. Provide solutions to any challenges caused by new developments.
  • Write engaging onbrand copy to promote our key products & features
  • Build audience segments using 1st party CRM data and layer with pixel audiences and 3rd party audiences.
  • Be the main point of contact and maintain the relationship with external account stakeholders from Meta etc and ensure a twoway communication of testing, performance and feedback of account features and betas.

What you bring to the Team

  • 3+ years' experience in creating, managing and growing ad campaigns within paid social platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin and Tiktok.
  • Able to display experience in managing large budgets efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to craft engaging, errorfree copy and convey brand personality through writing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is a must.
  • The enthusiasm to keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies and the latest approaches in digital marketing with the ability to communicate this throughout the team
  • Able to develop a longterm strategy for growth with a handson ability to get things done
  • Proficient knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
  • Video editing experience: Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premier Pro
