    Description
    Role Purpose
    Working in the Property Management Accounting Billing team where the individual will be responsible for processing a large volume of transactions for our clients property portfolios.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Working with our Property Management, Facilities Management and third-party partner colleagues to ensure all transactions for a property or portfolio are completed correctly.
    • Processing ad-hoc billing transactions relating to tenants/properties ensuring these are accurate and correct
    • Working with all stakeholders on the completion of on-going billing and maintenance
    • Working to raise and match direct recharge demands with back-up, in preparation to issue via e-billing (Electronically via e-mail)
    • Attending internal meetings
    • Adherence to CBREs ISAE3402 requirements and assistance with collation of audit samples
    • Ensuring volume stats are recorded on a monthly basis

    Person Specification/Requirements
    • Processing high volumes experience
    • Understanding of Real Estate transactions, preferrable
    • Exposure to book keeping
