We're now looking for an
Purchase Ledger Assistant to join us to support our clients adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
The Role
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for checking and coding invoices, investigating and solving queries and general associated purchase ledger administration.
About You
- Verifying and processing of ad hoc, monthly and annual purchase invoices and credit notes in the Finance System ready for payment
- Daily ownership of the finance board in Connectwise
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Maintenance of purchase ledger accounts
- New account setup
- Adhoc work as assigned by the Financial Controller or Purchase Ledger Supervisor
