Job Description:
Position Summary:
You will be joining our UK & Nordics Business Solutions team which has recently implemented a D365 ERP system for our Nordic division.
The Business Solutions Team was recently established to drive our Business Partnership strategy across the UK & Nordics.
You will play a key role in bringing IT and the business together as one team, building on the foundation of trust and shared goals that we are building in the UK.
Your project management background and experience will enable you to consult on and design solutions to support the growth of the business.
Working with full autonomy you will have room to be creative in your problem solving and able to influence decisions.
This is a role to make your own.Primary responsibilities:
- Engagement with the business to identify value add opportunities.
- Establish yourself as a trusted point of contact for users to raise ideas and concerns.
- Acting as the IT Business Partner to UK Division
- Providing day to day project management to business and vendor in relation to our ERP solution
- Simplify and streamline existing business processes (continuous improvement)
- Support business initiatives with software/hardware solutions
- Supplier negotiation/interaction/relationship management

Qualifications:
Experience and skills:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent troubleshooting and implementation skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Analytically minded and customer focused
- An enthusiasm for Agile & Scrum framework
- Change Management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Relevant Degree (technical/ IT/ business) or equivalent level qualification
- Experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be highly desirable
