    Consultant General Radiologist

    Consultant Radiologist in Cross-Sectional imaging (10 PA: 8 DCC/2 SPA)

    Applications are invited for a full time Consultant Radiologist post based at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust which encompasses 2 sites; Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital.

    We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team to help deliver our highly regarded imaging service. It is desirable for the successful candidate to partake in the radiology on call rota (approx. 1 in 16).

    Main duties of the job

    Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in all aspects of cross sectional imaging. Subspecialty interests which complement the department would be welcome. In particular, interests in emergency radiology, nuclear medicine, uro-gynae radiology, head and neck, neuroradiology and basic interventional radiology would be particularly favourable. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professional excellence and the ability to deliver effective care.

    Applicants should possess the FRCR or equivalent and be fully registered with the GMC. Applicants should hold a CCT in Diagnostic Radiology or be within 6 months of their CCT. Any candidate who wishes to be considered for part-time working is welcome to apply.
