iSupply Recruitment have partnered with a successful business who are part of a global brand. We are looking for a motivated
IT Service Desk Analystto provide 1st line technical support.


This would suit a graduate or someone with - 2 years IT support experience.
Based onsite in Leighton Buzzard 5 days a week.


What you'll be doing:


  • Providing 1 st line technical support.
  • Logging and updating tickets for each incident or service request.
  • Maintaining inventory of all company IT assets.
  • Hardware build, configuration, and deployment.
  • Secure disposal of EOL equipment.

What we're looking for:


  • Experience with Microsoft Desktop, Services and Toolsets.
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
  • Endpoint security including Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Defender, and Falcon
  • Crowdstrike.


  • Telecommunications including 8x

  • Experience using Mist AP's
  • Experience Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
  • Network management and security including Aruba Central.
  • Firewall management and security including Watchguard
  • ITIL Service Desk including ServiceNow.
  • Full UK driving license.

About you:


  • Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communcation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop
