A vibrant and growing law firm are recruiting for an experienced private client lawyer to join their team in Haslemere or Crowthorne.

The firm have just opened a new office (making a total of three) and are wishing to expand their private client team ineither area.

Whilst boutique, the firm deal with high net-worth clients and so an experienced private client solicitor is needed.

The firm are proud of the family atmosphere in the offices and are frequently involved in charity work, such as recent involvementwith the Community Matters Partnership Project.

The role will see you handling a large variety of private client work with the support of a paralegal.

You will have the option of remote working and may be required to be involved with the training of juniorteam members and the business development of the department.

To be successful, you will:

Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 4 years of post qualified experience (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
Have experience in running a caseload independently, advising HNWs and enjoy networking and business development.
Be comfortable advising in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, EPAs, LPAs, Deputyship and Administration of Estates.
