We are looking to recruit an Associate to Associate Director Town Planner, with a good understanding of the UK planning system, to help meet the needs of our clients and projects.

Our growing Infrastructure Planning team are market leaders in securing consent for major infrastructure projects. We are supported by specialists in land referencing, environmental and stakeholder engagement.

Our current clients include East West Rail, Eni UK, EDF Energy, National Grid, SSE, and Scottish Power Renewables, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Essar Energy Transition (EET), and many more.

WSP is looking to grow its Infrastructure Planning team with the appointment of an Associate level town planner with experience of supporting and delivering clients in one or more of the many consenting regimes we work within, including Development Consent Orders, Developments of National Significance (Wales), applications under the Town and Country Planning Act, Transport and Works Act Orders, the Electricity Act or Parliamentary Bills.

We work at all stages of the consenting process from early feasibility, application preparation and delivery of consents through construction and on a variety of projects.
