Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in our residential properties
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
  • Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Install or assemble new fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
  • Handle basic plumbing and change light bulbs
  • Perform carpentry work such as building shelves, cabinets, or furniture
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Note:
A valid driver's license and car is essential


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,055.00 per year
