- Build and support of IP networks including routing, switching, network security and encryption services
- Create equipment configurations and technical as built documentation
- Provide 3rd line technical support to the customer and internal operations team
- Experience in the deployment of IP network solutions including routing, switching, security and encryption products
- Solid understanding of a variety of IP protocols and standards (including MPLS, BGP and VPN)
- Experience in configuring and utilising network management and monitoring tools
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to fault resolution
- Desirable (but not essential) to have knowledge and working experience of both Cisco and Nokia networking products
