    Registered Manager - Mental health

    Location:
    Cradley Heath, B64

    Salary: 35, ,000 per annum

    Hours: 40 hours per week


    Time Recruitment are working exclusively with a Mental Health provider with their search for a Service Manager within the Cradley Heath area of Birmingham.


    Located close to the centre of Shipley, the service has 25 self-contained 1 bed room flats with a shared kitchen and lounge to promote social inclusion.

    The home has been specially designed and will be an enhanced 24/7 supported living service for people living with a mental health diagnosis, mild learning disability brain injury or autism.

    An experienced, strong and compassionate service manager to build and help lead our new team.

    You must have strong and effective leadership skills and a L& D background (Learning & Disabilities) and be committed to the values, passion, and determination to put people first, whilst supporting people with learning disabilities or mental health illnesses.

    You'll have the satisfaction of building a positive therapeutic relationship with the young person you support and build trusting, supportive and professional relationships with those that you work alongside


    This role offers full autonomy for you to shape and mould the quality of service delivered, and the opportunity to nurture your staffing team to make a real difference for your residents every day.

    What qualifications or experience are required for this role?
    Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a service manager/leadership role.
    You will have an NVQ level 5 in Social Care or willingness to work towards this
    CQC registered management experience essential/required.
    Ideally, you will have experience in a supported living environment. Must have a L& D background (Learning & Disabilities)


    To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents.

    Previous experiencing in managing a Residential Home, Mental Health facility is essential for this role, together with a formal Health and Social Care Management level qualification.

    Candidates with a strong background in leadership and management who are presently working towards their Management qualification may also be considered dependent upon experience.
