Join our exciting new venture in Chelsea - a unique and intimate 8-seater Sushi Bar. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sushi and Japanese culture to join our front of house team.

The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end dining settings and an appreciation for the intricacies of sushi and Japanese beverages.

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies. - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation. . Culinary knowledge to recommend food pairings or suggest menu items. - Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. - Japanese Language Speaking preferrable. . -Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. .
