As the Lead Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Service Delivery Manager and contributing to the successful delivery of the entire service.

Your primary objective will be to gather, analyse, and interpret data related to critical performance metrics across various operational areas within Key Account Networks (KAN).Job DescriptionWith meticulous attention to detail, you'll collect and consolidate data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.

Utilising tools like Tableau, you'll create visually appealing representations of data to facilitate better decision-making processes across the business.
In addition to data analysis, you'll support SQL activities to extract, manipulate, and analyse data efficiently.

Additionally, you'll collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to solutioning for new bids and contracts.

Overall, your role aims to improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, optimise supplier management, improve helpdesk performance, and streamline communication channels within the organisation.

Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving service level goals, performance targets, and deadlines.
