We've teamed up with one of the UK's fastest-growing private scientific businesses, operating as a group with a solution offering across healthcare, medicines and microbiological testing.

Due to recent growth, they're looking for an Infrastructure Engineerto join them in Corsham with a hybrid working approach.

Please note that there is an on-call aspect to this role, once every 8 weeks (for 7 days, between 6am - 10pm).

They do have an overtime offering and give time off in lieu depending on circumstances.

What experience you'll need:

Skilled in systems & infrastructure engineering, including networking.
Understanding of WiFi, routing, switches, firewall configs.
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, MS Office/Office 365, Windows 10.
Highlevel support experience (escalating from 3rd line).
Keen communicator and comfortable engaging with other areas of the business.
Knowledge of virtualisation; VMware, Hyper-V or similar.
Any scripting or cloudbased infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure) would be useful.
Any awareness of Linux would be desirable.
