Graduate Account Manager
Cheltenham,

Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:00/9:00-17:30 1-hour lunch break

£24,000, rising to £24,500 after probation + commission (OTE's £30-35k)

  • Are you a graduate with either customer service/sales/relationship building/account management experience seeking a varied role in a global business? _
A prestigious international organisation are seeking a Graduate Account manager/account executive to join their team. This is a varied role including administration, customer service liaison and sales to upsell services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated graduate with multiple career progression opportunities.


The Role:


  • Engaging and managing customers' accounts providing good customer service
  • Elements of highaccuracy data entry required to ensure high quality and fast processing for customers
  • Supporting the delivery of key client bundled services
  • Focus on renewals and upselling services to existing customers
  • Proactively getting involved in the procurement of new business development

The Person:


  • A holder of a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
  • An individual with previous experience in or a keen interest in sales
  • Customer focused, and have demonstratable commercial acumen
  • A interest in the legal or education sector is advantageous
  • A collaborative team player, who strives to seek opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Good relationship building skills
