Provide Education are looking for a Behaviour Support worker to join one of our lovely Special Schools in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

The school caters for young people aged 11-16 who have all been identified as having Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)

Some of the school's young people been permanently excluded from their previous mainstream schools. A high proportion of children make a successful return to their local or another mainstream school.

Ideally you will have Level 2 Team Teach training, although this can be provided by our inhouse trainers

The role includes:

Assisting the class Teacher,
Supporting students with SEMH needs, providing a safe, friendly and stimulating environment to learn in
Understand and follow individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
