As part of a recent expansion, we are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives.

Position Overview:
We are looking for outgoing and personable Customer Sales Representatives who thrive on engaging with customers face-to-face.

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the frontline of our company, interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and driving sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet potential customers warmly and approach them in a friendly and professional manner.
Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our products/services, including features and benefits.
Assist customers with product inquiries and pricing.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a company tablet provided to you.
Upsell and crosssell additional products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase the customer lifetime value.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident demeanor.
