We have an exciting opportunity within our friendly team for a qualified PWP with a passion for working alongside our local community to join us.
You will be supporting the leadership and delivery of work within Hammersmith & Fulham NHS Talking Therapies to engage the community and increase access to talking therapies for people in our borough.

You'll bring the ability to inform, influence and empower our community members experiencing mental health concerns to refer and engage with talking therapy support.
Our main office is based centrally, in Hammersmith and has very good transport links, amenities, and a vibrant high street all within 5 minutes' walk.
On average two late shifts (12-8pm) per week will be needed as part of this role to support with increasing access to treatment and community events.
This is an interesting and varied role with a degree of autonomy and the chance to get involved with various projects and initiatives.
- Design, implementation and delivery of community events
Stalls & promotional events
Training to community stakeholders
Attendance at stakeholder meetings
Engagement of the community via
Community events
Leadership of social media project
Development of promotional materials
Supporting the diversity and champion roles within the service
Researching, forming and developing new links with community stakeholders to expand the reach of our community engagement project.
Supporting the PWP team with signposting, training and other information related to the community
Holding a small clinical caseload to deliver GSH treatment and assessment to clients.
Induction and other training for staff members
Attendance at community project meetings, supporting with strategy and delivery
Leadership of band 4 roles to support delivery of the community engagement project (Assistant PWPs & Psychologists). This may include training, task delegation, communication, project management, community engagement workshop supervision and skills development.
