    ABOUT THEROLE

    We are looking for asmart ambitious Business Development Manager to join ourConstruction Sales team. Ideally you will have experience in abusinesstobusiness solution sales environment. You will be aneffective communicator with a thirst for success. Ability to maketight deadlines and achieve KPIs. You will be responsible fordelivering new sales within the corporate sector. You will beresponsible for leveraging the Prime Secure value propositionlearning and understanding the client s needs and tailoring asolution to suit. You will be a team player building on your ownperformance and sharing strategies and plans with your colleaguesto achieve common goals and KPI s.

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

    As BusinessDevelopment Manager within a highly professional sector you reaccountable for delivering new business against our ambitioussales.

    As such we see the keyresponsibilities of the role asbeing:

    • Personal Salestarget revenue and equipment
    • Buildand maintain a strong pipeline ofopportunities.
    • Report accurateForecast Pipeline and Activitydata.
    • Deliver onsite presentationsto clients.
    • Attend Sales/Producttraining days.
    • Liaise with ServiceManagers (Site Surveys)
    • Attend Meetthe Buyers Exhibitions
    • Utilisesocial media lead generation resources and network effecteffectively to grow your profile in our marketsectors.
