- Prepare accounting entries for Affiliatesinvestments.

- Bachelors degree inAccounting or Finance. Advanced professional competencies andcertifications such as CPA CA or CFA are preferred. An MBA orpostgraduate degree is desirable.
- 10 years ofrelevant experience which may include financial reportingaccounting research international taxation financial analysisfinancial modeling business development mergers & acquisitionscorporate governance internal controls financing & cashmanagement and consulting.
- Familiarity withInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and SAP isdesirable.
- Industry experience in chemicalspower generation or oil & gas is preferred.
- Proficiency in oral and written English isrequired.
